If the wheels are only scratched on the surface, it will only affect the appearance and will not affect the performance of the car tires. But if the base paint is exposed after scratching, then attention needs to be paid. The scratched area will wrinkle and the range will continue to expand, and it will rust and corrode after a long time. If the edge of the wheel is scratched, it should also be repaired in a timely manner. In severe cases, it can cause the tire to come into loose contact, leading to tire leakage.

Wheel scratch repair process:

1. Clean the wheels thoroughly and remove any stains;

2. Spray painting and oiling can be done by applying adhesive tape around the scratched area in advance to prevent accidental application to other areas;

3. After the wheel hub is completely dry, dip water-resistant paper in soapy water and apply it, then use a mixer to polish and wax it;

4. Scratches on the wheels can be repaired, but the prerequisite is that the wheel hub has not been severely damaged. If the wheel hub has already deformed or broken, it cannot be repaired.
